Australia Orders
All standard orders will be subject to the postal rates with Australia Post.

Free Freight in Australia for Purchases above $60 and above. (Applies to only tea leaves purchases)
Please note that the basic shipping does not provide any guarantee of reaching you as it is unregistered mail.
The option of registered post can be added for $3.20 to ensure tracking of the parcel. (Kindly drop me a mail at admin@hakotea.com.au)

E.g: Parcels of less than 500 grams: $8.60
International Orders -NA
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a billing address outside Australia)

Hako Tea Australia complies with Australian regulations; however, your country may have different requirements for importing our products. Please note that we cannot be liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that may be imposed on delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we suggest that you check with local authorities before placing an order.
Delivery Time
Receiving the order before 12pm: We will drop the parcel off at Austpost the same working day. Receiving the order after 12pm: We will drop the parcel off at Austpost the next working day.
Australia Post aims to deliver your items within 1- 5 working days.
Hako Tea Australia is based in Sydney. - Same state delivery should arrive the next day.
- Sydney to Canberra 2 days.
- Sydney to Adelaide 3 days.
- Between other capital cities & regional areas 3-5 days (Please note that Australia Post does not guarantee these times, they are a guide only)
Online orders will receive an initial receipt notification and also a shipping confirmation. If you do not receive your items after 1 week of placing it, please call our office to find out its status. Thank you.
Returns
Hako Tea Australia will accept returns in accordance with New South Wales & Australian law. Returns are also accepted with prior approval from Hako Tea Australia where a return authority number will be issued and must be within 30 days of invoice. As it is a food item, the item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.
