Brewing Techniques:

Our Jasmine Pearl tea is composed of the most perfectly balanced spring green tea, repeatedly hand scented with fresh jasmine flowers. This famed chinese tea is also known as Buddha's Tears.
Each one is hand-made by rolling the green tea into pearls and then wrapping each pearl into paper to help maintain the shape. After unwrapping and drying the tea is set aside until summer when the jasmine comes into season and it is scented five times with fresh, aromatic jasmine flowers.
When infused, the pearls unfurl and release a beautifully sweet jasmine aroma. Good for providing a daily benefits of natural antioxidants with a beautiful fragrance of jasmine flowers.

An extremely rare yet traditionally produced Pu erh tea from the wild forests in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. This aged organic pu er is around 5-7 years of age and it leaves a lingering sweetness after a sip. Pu erh is well known in many parts of the world for its excellent health benefits.
